Extended Stay America makes it easier to stay connected, relaxed, and productive without breaking the bank. the hotel's weekly cleaning service is a plus, and exploring the area attractions like the Texas State History Museum was fun.

Loved that musty smell in the room - it really added to the ambiance!

Absolutely mind-blowing! Super accommodating staff, great location and nearby shopping, free parking, and pet-friendly!

There were a microwave, a refrigerator, and coffee and tea making facilities in the room, greatly enjoyed that. The bathroom was nice, with a bathtub. The hotel was located in a particularly good and absolutely perfect place, next to highway.

The staff were very rude, didn't expect that coming.

The manager Nora Gutierrez was the ruddest person I ever spoke with she put me on the no rent list for no reason she said I owed she lied abt me trashing the room I should of took pics and she talk to with no professionsilsm to be a mgr.she definitely need customer service training and she threatening to call cops for no reason its just a long story I didn't like that every other night or sometimes every night their are cops called for something always something going on over there !

I loved the hotel! the staff were exceptionally nice and accommodating. the beds were exceptionally comfortable. the property is in a magnificent location, close to everything. It's very close to grocery stores and many restaurants.

Check in was horrible! Staff gave room away even though I called and spoke with Nora. She called me back about 2 hours later! Had to stay in a room under renovation. Manager was no help!

Convenient location near highway with easy access to emergency shopping spots. Staff showed great hospitality and readiness to assist during our stay.

The room was supposed to be a handicapped room. There was room enough for wheelchair but the bathroom was not accessible. Had lots of bars but no way to plug the tub They did not have a wheelchair roll in shower and the bed was too high. Very Bad experience.

Book a non- smoking room and when I arrive there was no nonsmoking available. It was to late to try get another room some where eles.

The staff here were all really nice, the rooms were super clean and cozy. Also, they offer a yummy free breakfast🥐 and there's even a comfy couch in the room.

The location for us was convenient

We had a hole in the wall from the door hitting it. There was a repair from an obvious leak in the shower that was plastered over but not painted. Staff did not know answer to basic questions about rewards

they did not have the room ready it had a broken toilet they gave me a room that was smoking instead stunk real bad

Had an absolutely amazing four, day stay here! the staff was super friendly, the hotel was clean, and the room was brand, new and spotless. Loved the old, school vibe of the rooms, featuring a retro refrigerator and a comfy couch 🛋️.
